Mini-workshops are a great way to get personalized service in a comfortable setting while sharing the cost with friends or family. Host in your home, at place of worship, or community center. Space Inventors supplies the expertise and the fun! Each three-hour workshop focuses on hands-on activities and learning organizing techniques.
Prices include the supplies listed. Supplies are people-friendly and planet-friendly (read more about Green Organizing). 50% deposit required to reserve time. Balance due at session.
Note: Due to the group setting, confidentiality is not possible and will not be assured. Mini-workshops are not for individuals who prefer privacy or one-on-one assistance.
- Time Management with Artalendar (2 to 10 people)
Time management doesn’t have to be boring, rigid, or boxy! Take control of your to do list, errands, calls, and correspondence while leaving time to nurture your creativity and pursue your hobbies. Bring your current calendar, appointment book, and/or to-do list.

- FreedomFiler Set-Up Session (2 to 6 people)
Assemble your own color-coded, maintenance-free filing system in a party setting. After the workshop, you will be able to move your papers easily into the new files. Never again purge your file cabinet or scamper to find tax papers. Bring that pile of incoming mail or papers to be filed (limit yourself to what you can easily carry!).
